Storage conditions for metal door units
Door units should be stored:
- in a vertical position (on edge) or horizontally (on a pallet);
- on wooden supports, pallets, or in special containers;
- without tilting or placing pressure on individual sections;
- in covered premises in accordance with GOST 15150-69, version UHL (HL), for indoor storage.
Storage conditions:
- in a dry, ventilated, heated room;
- air temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C without sharp fluctuations;
- relative humidity 40–60%;
- protected from moisture and condensation;
- protected from direct sunlight;
- placed away from heating appliances;
- for long-term storage, use protective packaging (cardboard, film).
Store in factory packaging until installation.
If the packaging is damaged, restore the protective layer.
Stacking:
- do not stack doors on top of each other without spacers;
- soft spacers must be placed between products to prevent scratches;
- the stack height must be within permissible limits so as not to deform the lower doors.
Storage is not allowed:
- in unheated rooms;
- on cement or other poured floors without wooden supports;
- in drafty areas.
Storage conditions for wooden door units
Door units should be stored:
- horizontally (on a pallet);
- on wooden supports, pallets, or in special containers;
- without tilting or local pressure on individual sections;
- in dry, covered, heated rooms that exclude exposure to atmospheric precipitation.
Storage conditions:
- in a dry, ventilated, heated room;
- air temperature from +10 °C to +25 °C without sharp fluctuations to avoid condensation;
- relative humidity 40–60%;
- placed away from heating appliances, sources of intense heat, and direct sunlight;
- for long-term storage, use the standard protective packaging (cardboard, film).
Store products in factory packaging until installation.
If the packaging is damaged, restore the protective layer (film, cardboard, stretch film).
Stacking:
- do not stack doors on top of each other without spacers;
- soft spacers should be placed between door leaves to prevent scratches and dents;
- the stack height should be selected taking the weight of the products into account, preventing bending and warping of the lower doors.
Storage is not allowed:
- in unheated, damp, or basement rooms;
- directly on cement or other poured floors without wooden supports;
- in drafty places and areas with sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
